There was an online Hurricane group build I was going to participate in but I couldn't decide what markings I wanted to use. I have been dabbling in armor lately and read about away to get the paint to peel using a method referred to as the "hairspray technique". It involves spraying the painted model with hairspray then over coating with acrylic white paint. Since the hairspray is water soluble, when brushed with a stiff brush and water the white paint flakes off. So this is a what-if build to try this technique. I like the way it looks and think it would work great on a Japanese plane.
